What is there to say? Other than WOW!. Our children bought a house with Jack and Sherri and were completely happy, and we watched how they treated our kids. Amazing! So when it was time for us to move, Jack and Sherri were our first and only call. From our very first meeting they listened, responded, gave their input, and sold our house over the course of one weekend...for MORE than our asking price. They helped us both sell our property and buy our new place. They listened to what we wanted, and tirelessly showed us several different properties until they knew we were happy with what we were buying. We never felt pressured in any way to settle on something we were not 100% happy with. Through the process of both buying and selling they communicated every step of the way, helped us navigate escrow and loans, kept the ball rolling on both, and helped make it possible to coordinate the closing of both so we only had to move once. They give freely of their time and are available at all hours with answers and encouragement. As a first time home buyer and living in a new county i met sherri and her husband jack on a walk to an open house they hosted. They are both very knowledgeable and patient because i waited 2 years after meeting and contacted her when my husband and myself were fully ready to buy. Also in those 2 years sherri sent me houses to look at through email every week faithfully!! Well we were ready when covid hit and rates were low they both walked us through the entire process. I called sherri and jack at least 4 times a day with any question that popped in my head and they answered it right away. I can honestly say they had mine and my family best interest at heart because my husband and our 4 kids got the perfect house and everything on my check list we were looking for matched! I was able to move into my first purchased home in less than 45 days

Finding a house in a new city that we were not familiar with, they were able to help us guide with where things were and recommended great places to check out. We are glad that it was Sherri and Jack that helped us through this process. After we finally got the house, we needed some work done to the house. As we were 3 hours away and could not come day after day, they were able to help find the right folks to get the work done, as well as stop by to check progress -they didn't have to do this, but they did anyway, and we are very appreciative of this. it felt like they treated us like family and not just house hunters.
