About

Jack and Sherri have been in sales for over 35 years. They first started with owning their own car dealership on the Westside of the Central Valley where they earned many top honors. They learned early on that in order to keep the client happy is to provide a full-service experience and they carried that over to their real estate team.

Real estate is complex, and Jack & Sherri set out to undo the complexity by first providing complete transparency, communication and trust. The real estate industry is all about transactions and too often the client will fall through the cracks of that transaction. Jack and Sherri set out to provide a level of experience that is unparalleled and by doing so were able to build a level of communication that made each transaction easy to navigate, and after escrow closes the full-service continues to keep the client completely happy.

Jack and Sherri both grew up in the small town of Firebaugh in the Central Valley of California. Both were in competitive sports growing up and learned the value of hard work. Jack grew up in a family that moved around a lot in California as his father was a franchise owner in an International Ag Equipment Company, so early on Jack has been able to hone his negotiation skills by working within his father’s company. In 1977 Jack took a small break and was drafted out of high school by the Cleveland Indians. He was pitching for three years and made many great friends that expanded his connections all over the U.S. Jack was able to bring this competitive edge in baseball to the transaction table for his clients. Before Sherri’s family landed back in Firebaugh, her father was a Flight Engineer in the Air Force. Sherri learned early on to be independent as they moved a few times until her father retired after the Vietnam War in 1974 and went back home to help with the family’s gas stations and transport businesses. Sherri often worked alongside her father at the gas stations and on long towing hauls. Sherri graduated from California State University, Fresno (CSUF) with a BA and a teaching credential in 1987. She took the lessons she learned from her father along the way of service for the client to heart. She has compassion for her veterans and is a Military Relocation Professional (MRP). She took that compassion a step further and in 2015 donated a kidney to Jack’s best friend, Dave “Hendu” Henderson, of the Oakland A’s.

One cannot be trustworthy without being transparent, Jack and Sherri are open books. They don’t look at the transaction as just closing a sale; it is ensuring the client is happy with their experience. They look to have friendships with their clients for a lifetime!
